Roger Wade Hughes
Roger Hughes is a partner in the firm of Adams & Graham, L.L.P. He practices primarily in the areas of:

Mr. Hughes leads the firm's appeals division. For over 15 years, Mr. Hughes has represented a variety of clients in civil appeals in state and federal court. The cases appealed include legal and medical malpractice, federal civil rights violations, construction contract disputes, and product liability litigation. He is Board Certified in civil appellate law and is a member of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel Amicus Curiae Committee. Mr. Hughes' trial practice focuses on defense of personal injury claims, professional malpractice cases, commercial disputes and federal civil rights litigation. He is a 1977 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law at Austin. After law school, he served four years as a JAGC in the United States Army in Germany and Virginia. Prior to law school, Mr. Hughes received a B.A from the University of Kansas at Lawrence, Kansas. He is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
