SCOTT CLARK
Scott Clark practices primarily in the areas of:

Mr. Clark is a frequent speaker at Legal Education Conferences, having spoken twice at the State Bar's Appellate Boot Camp, as well as speaking at the statewide seminar of the Texas Municipal League in 2010, the State Bar's South Padre Island "Soaking Up Some CLE" in 2009, and at several regional seminars on a variety of topics.
He came to Adams & Graham from the staff of the 13th Court of Appeals, where he worked for 4.5 years and had risen to the position of Deputy Chief Staff Attorney before departing for private practice with Adams & Graham. He was recognized as a "Rising Star of Texas Law" by Texas Monthly magazine in 2005 and 2006, before he became too old to be a "Rising Star." He is a 1996 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, and a 1991 graduate of Austin College.
