The law firm of Adams & Graham is one of the oldest insurance defense firms in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas, having been established in 1958 by John Q. Adams and Marshall W. Graham. For over forty-one years the firm has been engaged in civil defense litigation, representing insurance carriers and their insureds in a wide variety of trial and appellate litigation.

Legal representation includes product liability claims, automobile negligence, libel and slander, premises liability, legal and medical malpractice, claims over commercial transactions, claims against governmental entities and claims arising from governmental rules and regulations.

In the context of first party claims, Adams & Graham represents insurance carriers in breach of contract claims and extra-contractual tort litigation, including alleged violations of the Texas Insurance Code, and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practice. The law firm also represents insurance carriers in coverage disputes and declaratory judgment actions, as well as in worker’s compensation claims.
