TOM A. LOCKHART

Tom A. Lockhart is a managing partner in Adams & Graham, L.L.P. He primarily practices in the areas of:

A 1974 graduate of Texas Tech Law School, he joined Adams & Graham, L.L.P. in 1979 after four years of litigation practice with Gibson, Oshner firm in Amarillo, Texas. He is admitted to practice before all the Texas State Courts, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas.
