ROBERT BARRETT "BARRY" RAY

Barry Ray is a partner in Adams & Graham, L.L.P.  He practices primarily in the areas of:

  • Workers' Compensation - Defense and Appeals

Mr. Ray's personal injury practice focuses upon defense of death or personal injury claims arising primarily from trucking and vehicular collisions as well as the defense of products liability claims. 

His practice also includes defense of healthcare liability claims, representing hospitals and physicians, throughout South Texas.

He also practices before the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission in the defense of workers' compensation injury, death and medical necessity treatment claims made against insurance carriers and self-insured entities.

Mr. Ray is a 1991 graduate of South Texas College of Law in Houston, after which he joined the firm of Adams & Graham, L.L.P.  Prior to law school, Mr. Ray received a degree in microbiology from the University of Oklahoma.  He is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
